As you can see, it was more than just a hunch. Immediately after Harvey, we went and purchased a 1935 near-teardown on the cheap. Spent the next 9 months renovating, and have been living here for a year now. Investing in your particular area is important for the long-term, and I know how to run the numbers. I wonder if my 401K is doing this good? ;)
