What The World Would Be Like if Crystal Bay Did Not Exist...

Sometimes the market really baffles me, lol. ESPECIALLY when it comes to a house that should be OFF the market by now! Like this one I have listed at 849 Crystal Bay Dr. It's located in the heart of South Shore, specifically South Shore Lakes. That's South Shore Harbour between FM 96 (or League City Parkway) and FM 518. I have to say when I stepped into this house, it took my breath away! It is in my opinion, the cutest and most practical house in South Shore Harbor, but then again, it is my listing. 

The first thing that got my attention was the enormous SKYLIGHT above the kitchen! I cannot remember the last time I was in a house located in South Shore Harbour that had a SKYLIGHT in it anywhere! It just made the house seem so much brighter and what a unique feature. I have to say, it impressed me. 

The second thing that I really love about this house is the huge open concept kitchen overlooking the oversized living room. The pictures do not do it justice. This house fits a large sectional and a very large entertainment center. There are numerous cabinets for storage and lots of counter space. I so envy the counter space! Kitchen also has an island and a breakfast bar. I'm one of those people that needs to be constantly doing something in the kitchen while conversating with my guests close by. This has the perfect set up for that! And can easily fit 30+ people in there! (My kitchen has held numerous people at once, but not that many!)

The third feature that really caught my attention was the entry way into the family room. The sellers had a pool table and a complete living room set in here! I love walking into houses that have a huge entry way. Makes me feel like royalty (sort of). It just says "Welcome!" to me. But the space is unbelievable! This area can also be used for a formal dining room, an entertainment room or a game room. Put a flat screen on that wall right above the pool table, add a bar, keep the living room set, you have yourself a great space for friends and family to watch the Sunday game!

The last feature that I love about this house is central common area. It's right in the  middle of the two other bedrooms and second full bath with an entry/exit to the garage and right off the kitchen. This would be a great space to create for the kiddos. So you have the adults in the future game room watching the game and the minions in the central common area doing their thing. Great set up for the video games on the flat screen, throw in some bean bag chairs and WHOLA! It's really a practical feature. 

OH! I forgot to mention, this house is located in the highly sought after Clear Creek ISD. In the education village of FM 96. This includes Mossman Elem., Bayside Int. and Clear Falls HS.
