Terraces on Memorial Houston is a gated community in the Energy Corridor with upscale homes and town homes in all price ranges. Built around 2007 Terraces on Memorial homes are some of the “newer” homes in the area. Homeowners enjoy beautifully landscaped lake and fountain with walking trails that is central to the neighborhood.
Outdoor lovers will enjoy Terry Hershey & George Bush Parks only steps away. Residents of Terraces on Memorial also enjoy the use of Briar Hills pool, tennis and play areas.
Located just off Hwy 6 near I-10 it is a short commute to many of the area’s employers such as Worley Parsons, J Ray McDermott and TechnipFMC.
