When you are buying one of the biggest investments in your life, an inspection is fundamental to this purchase. Would you buy a used care without having a mechanic take a look, or without even opening the hood! Of course not! Same goes for your house. You do a walkthrough and it looks great, but inspectors go a little deeper.
