The Groves- located in Humble

Last November my family purchased a home in The Groves, a newer neighborhood located in Humble TX, which is in Northeast Harris County.  We have absolutely love living here.  "Get outside" is the theme throughout the neighborhood.  There are several areas ready to be explored. The Fish camp is a relaxing area where you can catch and release.   Pocket parks are in the works in several areas.  I have 2 that are within walking distance. One offers a trail to walk your pets, and a nature sitting area with a teepee. The Hearth is not far from my home either. Soon it will be within walking distance once one of the road is completed. This is a great area to bring the family to enjoy the outdoors. It has a large covered area with an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace with plenty of chairs. It's by the really cool pool that has lounging chairs, hammocks and cornhole!  If that is not your thing, you can go sit in the adirondack chairs and gaze out over the water feature while the kids play in the grass.  The lifestyle center is located at the front of the neighborhood. We have a fitness center, an outdoor ping pong table, foosball game and access to meeting rooms. The Middle school just opened and it is fabulous!  Later this year Madera Run will open up to Woodland Hills. That will give us 5 minute access to Beltway 8.  I look forward to all of the events that our neighborhood offers us.  This Friday is a meet and greet at The Hearth. Looking forward to it!
