SELLING YOUR HOME:
It is February 2021 in an hour it will be JUNE. TIME FLIES - Do not procrastinate, you must plan now! Declutter, clean closets, store extras away so the home buyer can picture themselves in your space. Do not wait for the peak time as it will come and go before you know it. Plan now, Sell now!
BUYING YOUR HOME:
Do not let the fact that a home on the market for only (1) Day will be available on Day (2). The competition is heavy, so you much not tarry. Get a PRE-APPROVAL letter from your lender, not a pre-qualification letter. Plan now so you can, Buy now!
Remember, do not wait for the PEAK TIME, it will come and go before you know.
