In light of Hurricane Harvey aftermath.....Beware

Of the "Bottom Feeders"

As Houstonians rally tirelessly to help one another in the aftermath of Hurrican Harvey my heart is full and I am so proud be a Houstonian.  Selling and buying pre Hurricane Harvey has been a stable, safe and sound investment.  Unfortuatley the Harveyy Hurricane aftermath will surface many what  I call "bottom feeders" coming from outside our city to take advantage of this mass disctruction.  Guised in what they may define as "helping rebuild the city" only to come in and "low ball", then rebuild in a "substandard fashion" and then drive rentals up and inflate pricing.

We are great Strong and will Survive.................just be careful of those with less than honorable intentions.
