My son said to me last night, "Well 2017 is 1/12 gone!"Oh my, he is so right!  And, three more lucky buyers purchased Coles Crossing homes during the month of January 2017!Prices were $209,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in the cottage section, $260,000 for a 3 bedroom home with a study, and $322,000 for a large 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home close to the jogging trails!Average number of days on the market for these 3 homes was 127.  The lag time was due in part to overpricing the home and/or the timing of listing the home.  NOW is a great time to list your home for sale.  With low inventory, sellers are in a more advantageous position now than in June when the inventory will be at its peak!
