Terrible communication during offer on properties

It is getting terrible these days to get and offer accepted. After you submit and offer, you wait 1,2,3,4,5 days for a response??? There should be a limit! Buyers look at you like you are nuts. "Nope, still havent heard anything". Something needs to change. Not to mention the Multiple offer that probable not true! Frustrated!
