New Master Planned Community in Montgomery County

Another gated, master planned community is sprouting up in rapidly growing Montgomery County! Grand Central Park, to be built on 2,000 acres just north of The Woodlands, is one of many to become the next Woodlands as the successful master-planned community nears build out. Grand Central Park, like The Woodlands, will be a community nestled among tall trees with a town center, high-rises, a waterfront plaza, shaded promenades and brownstones. Roomy houses will sprout nearby, built around a network of paths, parks and wooded open spaces.
