Timbergrove Manor/Lazybrook Price Update


Timbergrove Manor and Lazybrook are two contiguous neighborhoods just west of the Heights. These are generally 1960's ranch style homes, with a few mid-century moderns mixed in.

This Home Price Table give you an idea of home prices, size, lot size at the end of year 2014. This gives a good comparison of other nearby neighborhoods
