Condominium Maintenance Fees

Although they are often only seen as an additional cost, condo maintenance fees can be an incredible bargain.  Find out what is included in your fee before purchasing a condo.  Fees usually include hazard insurance, upkeep on the grounds (lawns, pools, recreational facilities, etc.) and other general maintenance.  In addition, a large number of condominiums include water and sewer, cable television, and other amenities in their maintenance fees that you would otherwise have to pay extra for.  A few even include all utilities.  This can make condo living cost effective as well as convenient.
