The market continues to heat up! Now is the time to list your home if you have been thinking about selling. I am encountering several offers on a listing in a matter of a few days of being on the market which promises top dollar for your property!
There are still some deals out there for first time home buyers and investors. I have my pulse on the market at all times and are still being able to find some excellent deals. That's where my ten years experience comes in handy and relationships that have been built over the years.
