Evia is a subdivision located in Galveston County. Evia is located off of Stewart Rd, and a few minutes to  Stewart, and I-45 which makes it an ideal location.  Evia is only 20 minutes from downtown Galveston and 1.1 miles from Moody Gardens Golf Course.

Residents of Evia enjoy living in this neighborhood because of all the wonderful amenities that it has to offer, including a sparkling community pool and a Village Cabana. B  Galveston ISD is B-rated and is a public school district in Texas, established in 1884, that serves nearly 7,000 students. Its 12 Schools of Choice campuses consist of traditional and theme-based schools, charter schools, STEM programs, magnet schools, and a mega-magnet high school. The district’s mission is to Educate, Engage and Empower EACH student for a life of Excellence. Galveston ISD is proud to announce that the district has been awarded a rating of ‘A’ for ‘Superior Achievement’ regarding the quality of its financial management and reporting system. The Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) has given Galveston ISD the highest possible score of 100 for the 2020-2021 school year.

For your daily necessities, you have Kroger, Sams MarketPlace, Walmart Supercenter, and Randalls. Also, there are plenty of dining options including Seahorse Grill, Jimmys on the Pier, Viet Cajun, Sapori, Café Canela Restaurant and more! There are also nearby parks such as Schreiber Park and Beach Pocket Park
