Today I wanted to share with you all things Spring Brook Village, Houston TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE SPRING BROOK VILLAGE IN HOUSTON TX

Where is Spring Brook Village:

Spring Brook Village is located in Houston, Texas. Spring Brook Village is located approximately 14 miles west of Houston and only 25 minutes from Houstons most popular mall, The Galleria. This residential neighborhood is conveniently located in between a few major highways making it super easy to reach major entertainment hubs, employers and local schools.

Why folks choose Spring Brook Village:

Spring Brook Village is a master planned community with many outstanding amenities, great location and a close-knit neighborhood feeling. Folks love this community for its proximity to downtown as well as the great surroundings. Nearby is Spring Shadows which is one of the best maintained neighborhoods in Spring Branch, making the standards for Spring Brook Village very high.

Amenities in Spring Brook Village:

Amenities in Spring Brook Village include a dog park, recreation center, fitness center, park, trails, pond with a picnic pavilion  and last but not least a beautiful scenic boardwalk. The amenities in this master planned community were perfectly coordinated to make home owners feel as if they have everything within a short distance. Definitely a top area to consider when moving to Houston.

District Rating:

B Rated Humble ISD covers 90+ square miles, houses over 43,000 students, and was recently rated a b-rated school district with an overall score of 88%, which illustrates how close they were to becoming an a-rated school district. Out of all the districts campuses, eight received an A, 13 received a B, 16 received a C, four received a D and two received an F. HISD was unable to receive an overall rating of an A because a campus received a rating of D or F, according to the TEA website.

Here is how the district ranked in each individual domain:

Student Achievement: B
This rating is based on how much students know and are able to do at the end of the school year. HISD earned 88 of 100 possible points.

School Progress: B
This rating is based on how students perform over time, comparing their progress to similar schools. HISD earned 84 of 100 possible points.

Closing the Gaps: B
This rating is based on the performance of different populations of students. HISD earned 89 of 100 possible points.
