Beth Sanders Moore became a Realtor® to better serve the single family offices she's managed for almost a decade. Her family office clients quickly realized the heightened sales and marketing value she offers – skills honed in entrepreneurial platforms where Beth was founder and chief officer of companies offering goods and services to high net worth consumers.
Beth is a successful and trusted business and community leader, widely recognized for her commitment to service excellence. She generated substantial revenue in her former professional services companies, where loyal clients relied on her integrity, assertive diplomacy, and negotiating prowess.
A Certified Fund Raising Executive and prominent figure in nonprofit circles, Beth has raised over $200 million for arts, education and healthcare initiatives in Texas --- with a significant portion earmarked for scientific research aid for cancer patients and survivors. Among Gen X and Millennials, she is known as a popular adjunct lecturer in business networking at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and a Distinguished Executive Professor of Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M University Mays Business School
A sixth generation Texan, Beth knows the sprawling East Texas market of farms, ranches, and timber plantations. Beth also offers a seasoned understanding of the diverse cultures in the state's two largest cities – Dallas and Houston. She has an intimate knowledge of urban real estate extending from Houston's Inner Loop neighborhoods to Uptown Dallas, North Dallas, University Park and Highland Park, where she and her husband, attorney Jess Moore, have been civically-active and maintained homes.
Beth has a unique insight into architectural styles indigenous to Texas. She's the archivist of the papers of her great-grandfather, a noted architect of the early 20th century. From studs to the last finish detail, she's studied in Greek Revival as well as mid-century modern and transitional design. For almost a decade, she's managed a diversified family real estate portfolio – the genesis of Beth and Jess Moore Properties.
Outside the office, Beth is active in the Dallas and Houston alumnae chapters of Kappa Alpha Theta. A studied collector of vintage haute couture, she's curated and produced fashion retrospectives across the U.S. – most notably, The Wendy Reves Fashion Retrospective, a month- long exhibition staged adjacent to the Dallas Museum of Art. However, she's most happy in a Pilates or yoga studio, traveling with her cocker spaniels and husband, or in her kitchen cooking and entertaining friends.
