“There is a rat infestation in these apartments. Roaches are bad. They will tow your car for any unlawful reason just for a profit. Many abandoned apartments with food and furniture in them. Molded and decaying cabinets and floor boards. Just an overall terrible living experience. Disrespectful and prejudice management. Avoid at all cost if you consider yourself a great tenant. If you don't care about trashy then by all means apply.”
