Chad Andrus is an Accredited Land Consultant & Operating Partner of the Mock Ranches Group Houston Division. He was recognized as the 2023 Regional Land Broker of the Year for Residential Land Sales by the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), the land division of the National Association of Realtors. Chad has also been a recipient of the RLI APEX Producers Club Award yearly since 2020. In 2023 Chad earned his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute. ALC's are the most prestigious, the most experienced, and the highest performing land sales experts in their area. Chad specializes in farming, ranching and recreational properties where he utilizes his lifetime of experience and knowledge in the agricultural and outdoor communities.
