With over 21 years of experience in sales and marketing and having earned the professional designations as a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist (ALHS), Andrea is a talented Realtor. and home staging is one of her particular gifts – something she began doing for her Sellers long before TV and media made the practice popular. She loves referrals and repeat business, both of which are plentiful – which is one reason why she has continued to rank among Heritage Texas Properties’ Top Producers since 1999.

Andrea strives to turn every real estate transaction into a pleasant one and to foster a sense of neighborhood and home. A former school teacher, she is an excellent guide in researching the best schools. Thanks to her husband Scott’s avid interest in golf, she knows where all the best golf courses can be found. In fact, having spent her entire real estate career selling homes in the amenity-rich neighborhoods in the northwest and west areas of greater Houston, Andrea can tell you anything and everything about these communities – details like which one has the largest lake, where homes have their own boat docks, which one caters to Seniors, or where to find equestrian neighborhoods – of special interest to Andrea, who owns and rides horses.

Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas A&M University, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority, and now is an active member of the Chi Omega Mother’s Club. “Active” is a good word to describe Andrea who, beyond her top producing achievements in real estate, dedication to her sorority and her interest in horses, has been active with the Area Real Estate Network since 2002, she has chaired and co-chaired many of its events and committees, is involved in many activities with Second Baptist Church and the Cy-Fair Rotary, and goes on mission trips with E3 Partners-I Am Second.

She and her husband, Scott, a State Farm agent, have two grown daughters - one who is an eye doctor and the other, like her father., has an insurance agency in Austin with her husband. Andrea takes great pleasure in spending quality time with them, her three grandchildren and her dogs, a poodle, a maltipoo and a German shepherd.
