Andrea Hilliard-Cooksey is the Broker / Owner of Quality Properties - a full service real estate firm. Andrea has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. She has spent the majority of those years working to provide equal housing opportunities in the inner city. She has handled all facets of real estate with a primary focus on residential development and sales. She was the former construction & sales supervisor with Quality Homes of Texas, Inc. where she developed and sold over 150 new homes and several commercial carwash/hotel projects. With a strong commitment to community development, she is involved in several organizations serving as a board member: The Houston Real Estate Association (HREA) The Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers (TAREB). National Community Fund, Advisory Board She is presently serving as Vice Chair For The National Association Of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Chair of the United Developers Council , Northeast Economic Development.
