As a young minority woman, Allie makes a point of setting the example for future professionals. I try to be the hardest working person that I know, she says, because nothing worth having comes easy. When she isn't helping families find the home of their dreams, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, playing golf, and cooking.

One of the best things about my profession is that I get to help people create freedom. When someone purchases their ideal home it sets their life on a fresh path. There is so much positive energy in creating a new reality from what was only a vision. That brings me tremendous joy and satisfaction.
