“Alan and Beth Stanfield gave us excellent service often going above and beyond to help us achieve our goal of a home. While we ended up finding a home that we believe will serve our family well, please consider some of the following as examples of going above and beyond: 1) We had far too many questions: One of us wanted extreme amounts of data, the other processes enroute - they handled our arguably burdensome “needs” with grace, adaptability and competence. 2) We were not going to buy a home with certainty in their market: We had been for a year and continued to look in another market. They worked hard for us even with the knowledge that we may not end up purchasing a home through them in their market. 3). Responsiveness and referrals: We do not know the area we bought in. They supplied us with great data and information on comps; schools; retail; infrastructure; flooding; medical; hair; programs; neighborhoods; traffic patters; etc. - stuff you can only learn after living in a place for years. We were a relocation and their acumen is excellent and they delivered said information in a very timely manner. 4) Personal needs: They assisted us with personal needs such as needed transportation; needing car storage; etc. that was so helpful to us in a time of need. Bottom line, we highly recommend Alan and Beth - they are great representatives for your industry.
