I have years of work experience in real estate Administration, Management and Accounting. I have worked in Appraisal and Property Management for commercial real estate and Accounting and Sales for residential real estate. My position as a senior and managing administrator provided for management, executive oversight and implementation of the real estate business administrative functions required by my employers. Oversight of the Texas and Central U.S. allowed me to interact with some the largest real estate institutional clients in the U.S. I have worked closely with the following client types: financial institutions, insurance companies, law firms, governmental entities, developers, private property owners, and many Fortune 500 companies active in the U.S. and institutional international clients active outside the U.S. I have lengthy experience of interacting with real estate professionals and institutional accounts at the highest level.
