Our commitment is to educate our clients about the real estate transaction, market trends and to provide the latest tools to make the selling or purchase of a real estate assets or home a smooth process. We work with owners, tenants and investors in the local, national and global markets. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico where I attended the University of Puerto Rico and majored in Finance and Industrial Management with a minor in Economics. After leaving Puerto Rico I moved to Texas where I has resided in both the Greater Dallas Area and Greater Houston Area. I have lived in the Greater Houston and The Woodlands area for over 25 years and have been an active part of the real-estate industry for over ten years. I am a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program in 2013 as ABR, CIPS,CNE, CLHS, and as a CCIM candidate. In 2017 I was the International Advisory Group Chair for the Houston Association of Realtors where I was able to lead the process for the International Listing Agreement act to be approved. With over a decade in the industry I have also been able to become a member of numerous notable associations and groups such as: the Montgomery County Political Affairs Committee, a TREPAC Major Investor, The Governmental Affairs Committee, Texas Realtors Commercial Committee Member, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate, and Realtors without Borders. When I am not working I like to be able to give back to my own community as a volunteer with the Montgomery County Meals on Wheels as well as an active member of the Montgomery County Animal shelter where have rescued three dogs. As Realtor Team Leader of Michele Flory & Company in the RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring office, I took a round-about way to make The Woodlands area my hometown more than 37 years ago.
With an early life spent moving around the country and overseas – including time in Germany and Japan – I found my true passion in real estate after putting my education from The University of Texas in both El Paso and Arlington to good use, working in sales and marketing for a manufacturer's representative company owned by my husband, Greg, and I. My lifetime of settling into new homes and cities makes me very sensitive to the needs and expectations of families moving to or returning to The Woodlands, and I know just what to do to make the experience less stressful and more enjoyable for all concerned.
As a representative of both buyers and sellers, I use my extensive knowledge of The Woodlands area, believing there is nothing more important in a real estate transaction than my client's needs. A member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors, I take my responsibilities to my hometown seriously through memberships in The Woodlands Rotary Club and the South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. I spend my downtime cooking family meals from scratch, riding my bicycle throughout the trails all around The Woodlands and traveling and sailing with Greg.
