Born and raised in Houston, TX, Rae-Shell D. Fletcher has been a realtor for seven years. With an origin in listing investment properties, she has learned various ends of real estate and finds her best fit helping buyers and sellers find the "deal" of their dreams. She prides herself on being part of an investing team known as Real House Leads, where she assists in being a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients. Community involvement is essential to Rae-Shell, and she believes in giving back to help others.
