Relocation buyers and sellers: we understand the process. I have extensive training and experience with most relocation companies.
Selling your home: together, we review detailed market analyses in order to identify and find the right buyer in the least amount of time. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, assist with staging for maximum buyer appeal. And for premium presentation in multiple media venues, we provide professional photography.
Buying your first or twenty-first home, new or resale: my specialty. As your Buyer Agent, I'll help find the home that fits your needs and lifestyle, and stay within your budget.
Neighborhoods - established and new: familiar with the neighborhoods and the builders as well.

Rob Lord was born and raised in the small-town environment of Summit, Mississippi. After graduating from Mississippi State University, Rob began his professional career as an engineer for a land surveying company. In the summer of 2011, Rob married his wife Leslie and together have three beautiful children. Rob has developed a vast network of both personal and business relationships. With Rob's willingness to pursue different opportunities, he ultimately landed the job that fit him in The Woodlands, Texas. When Rob is not working, he thoroughly enjoys the great outdoors and most of all spending time with his family and friends.
