Michica N. Guillory is a Houston native with nearly 20 years in the real estate business, practicing in several areas of the industry. Currently, she is the broker and owner of The Guillory Group Real Estate Firm, Inc, which offers its clients both COMMERCIAL and residential services. Known casually as "Mish" among her peers, she is also the owner and lead instructor at The Guillory Group School of Real Estate, which focuses exclusively on COMMERCIAL real estate instruction for existing licensees, landlords and tenants. Her courses are taught throughout the state of Texas and have even been offered in Michigan, Ohio, Georgia and Maryland. She currently serves as the co-Chair of the 2020 Engage Conference Advisory Board at the Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR), and also sites on the Commercial Committee and Member Services Committee at Texas REALTORS. Her prior involvement with the REALTORS association also includes participation on the Professional Development Advisory Board along with serving on the "Commercial Connections" (magazine) Advisory Committee at the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
