Margaret grew up in Manassas, VA. She graduated from George Mason University with a BA degree in Mathematics. Margaret and her husband have three children and a grandson.

Margaret started her real estate career in 2005 in Delaware. In 2006, her family moved to North Carolina where she earned her real estate license in North Carolina and Virginia. As a realtor in North Carolina, she served on the Board of Realtors from 2011-2013 and was the President of the Board of Realtors in 2013. In 2014, Margaret and her family moved to the suburbs of Houston, TX.
