Prior to pursuing his real estate license and joining Realm Real Estate Professionals, Eric spent over 15 years working as an Instrumentation & Electrical technician in the oil and gas industry, and as a professional network marketer. In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker.
