Julie, a determined and ambitious civil engineer from Turkey, arrived in the United States in 1999 with a single goal: to learn English and explore new opportunities. Her passion for houses and infrastructure led her to pursue a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of St. Thomas. After becoming a mother, Julie temporarily paused her career to focus on raising her children. While exploring work-from-home options, she found a role as a Google evaluator. However, family dynamics shifted, leading her husband to suggest a new path: becoming a realtor. Enrolling in real estate school, Julie discovered her true calling, blending her civil engineering background with her love for homes.
