I am a Houston transplant. I am originally from London, Ontario, Canada. I am both a wife and mother. My husband and I have a daughter and a dog named Scooter, both of whom keep us very busy. My family and I moved to Houston about 6 years ago after living in Asia (Korea, Qatar and Vietnam) for 15 years. I am a very outgoing person and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as camping, canoeing and horseback riding. I am a leader of a local girl scout troop. I enjoy mentoring the girls and teaching them about the great outdoors. I picked up the hobby of marital arts while we were overseas and have been studying various disicplines for over twenty years. I love the dedication and displine involved with martial arts. Before Real Estate I was a high school ESL teacher. It was teaching that took me overseas in the first place. I loved learning different languages, new teaching styles, trying different foods, learning new cultures and making friends from all over the world. I truly treasure the time we spent in Asia.

My interest in Real Estate stems from my life moving from place to place. I understand the stresses that come with buying and selling, learning a new area and trying to get settled. I also understand the importance of home. My teaching background and love of learning helps to keep me up to date and literate on a wide range of real estate topics. After twelve years at Re/Max One, my wife and I opened Bruno Real Estate Group in the state of Maryland, and committed a lifetime of service to clients and the community through real estate. I started my career in supply chain management, specifically in a start-up company of manufacturing of galvanized utility towers, pallet racks, compressors and more for 6 years and another 5 1/2 years in Oil and Gas working for the second largest oil and gas service provider. Cumulatively over the 12 years, daily I was focused on negotiating contracts and negotiation and sourcing of raw materials (steel, chemicals, etc.), MRO and more; sourced and negotiated logistics contracts for both imports and exports, domestic and international, Sea, land, air, and rail; Managed customs documentation, HS codes, etc.



After Graduating with my BBA-Management and starting the MBA- Business analytics program, overall, cumulatively, I spent 12 years providing Sourcing and Negotiations of Contracts for Oil and Gas/Manufacturing/ and Mining to the worlds leading providers of the energy industry.
