SHELLY SEKALY  is the managing principal broker of SEKALY REAL ESTATE LLC, an independent real estate brokerage. Shelly has assisted buyers and sellers in many of Houston's finest neighborhoods for over 30 years. She is a native of Houston and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA degree in Management. Before establishing her own real estate career, Shelly served as a licensed assistant to one of Houston's top producers. Her professional pursuits also include REO asset manager for Fannie Mae. 

Shelly's organization and attention to detail make her a Realtor that is truly committed to each and every customer. Specializing in Memorial, the Galleria area, Spring Branch, Spring Valley, Katy and Galveston, she enjoys assisting clients in all price ranges.  Owning her own home in Galveston, Shelly has successfully navigated the details involved with a coastal property transaction.  She has represented buyers and sellers with weekend homes and investment properties in Galveston. 

Shelly is diligent in keeping herself informed on current market trends and education in the real estate industry. The Professional Designations Shelly has earned are: 

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), HAR Contracts Pro (HCP), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

Shelly is a member of the HAR Inner Loop Area Networking, the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee and the 2026 Texas Realtors Professional Standards Committee.  She excels in time management skills, win/win negotiation skills, and adhering to her role as a fiduciary.  Shelly enjoys playing golf, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
