She fell in love with the beauty of Central Texas and decided to make this area home. Prior to real estate, Sandra developed a reputation for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity as a senior retail manager for a variety of successful businesses throughout Central Texas. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys traveling and exploring new places, photography, curling up with a good sci-fi book, and most importantly, spending time with the family (especially the grandkids!).

Terri is a Broker who has over 35 years experience in real estate including residential, commercial-office, industrial and retail. She has 19 years experience as a Property Manager including management of Office buildings, Homeowners Associations, Retail properties, and Industrial buildings. She has completed over 275 transactions in the last 18 years as a real estate agent as well as having earned her Realtors designation.
