Melissa began her real estate career with Better Homes and Garden Gary Greene Bay Area. She has changed to a different brokerage at the beginning of 2022 she is working for EXp realty.



Melissa was a Pasadena, Texas resident since 1991, the changes in Pasadena area is still on the move. Now a resident in Bandera Texas she and her family has been visiting Bandera for years and liked the area so much decided to move here with her family


She will guide her clients through the process of selling, buying or leasing.







Melissa is a graduate of San Jacinto College, she is a mother, and grandmother and has been married for 30 plus years.



Melissa enjoys watching her grandson play baseball, watching professional baseball, loves to hike.

Melissa's career path has allowed her to gain and develop experience in Customer Relations, Corporate Policy, Real Estate, and Small Business Management. As Co-Owner of a local IT Consulting firm with her husband since 2005; which they are still growing. During that time, she developed management and customer relations skills, as well as technical skills. Melissa is a hard-working and determined go-getter who knows when and how to get things done. Before that she spent 10 years in corporate customer relations developing the skills necessary to be an excellent negotiator and salesperson. Remarkably, Melissa has taken all of her past experience and focused it on her love of real estate and her passion for helping families like her own through the decisions involved with buying and selling their homes. She brings the right amount of "know-how" and "can-do spirit" to get your transaction done quickly, and as smoothly, as possible. In her spare time Melissa enjoys travelling and volunteering in ministry with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys serving with her church family in the local community and seeing lives changed through simple acts of kindness. Family and community are the most important things to Melissa and just one of the reasons why she will always do her best taking care of you, her clients and friends, as you face decisions regarding the place you call home.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Julia Arroyo is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a BA in Communications. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Julia's passion for dance awarded her a professional career in Contemporary Dance, Flamenco, and Classical Dance.

Julia has been a San Antonio area resident since 2009 and is actively involved in her community. She is a Hispanic Representative of Cibolo Creek Elementary School and a member of the BISD-Hispanic Advisory Committee, the Instructional Goal Committee of BISD and Boerne's Circulo de Mujeres.

Julia enjoys a stellar reputation for her natural enthusiasm and optimistic approach in finding her clients a home to best suit their needs. Julia holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation and is a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and both the Texas and National Associations of REALTORS®.
