Previous experience as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years as well as starting and managing a successful business for over 12 years, has given me the expertise in communication skills, and negotiating skills ensuring that my Clients are taken care of. Melissa's career path has allowed her to gain and develop experience in Customer Relations, Corporate Policy, Real Estate, and Small Business Management. As Co-Owner of a local IT Consulting firm with her husband since 2005; which they are still growing. During that time, she developed management and customer relations skills, as well as technical skills. Melissa is a hard-working and determined go-getter who knows when and how to get things done. Before that she spent 10 years in corporate customer relations developing the skills necessary to be an excellent negotiator and salesperson. Remarkably, Melissa has taken all of her past experience and focused it on her love of real estate and her passion for helping families like her own through the decisions involved with buying and selling their homes. She brings the right amount of "know-how" and "can-do spirit" to get your transaction done quickly, and as smoothly, as possible. In her spare time Melissa enjoys travelling and volunteering in ministry with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys serving with her church family in the local community and seeing lives changed through simple acts of kindness. Dwayne was born and raised in Southeast Texas. He graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and currently resides in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Dwayne has lived in California, Tennessee, Mississippi and many areas of Texas including the Houston Area; Austin Area; and Dallas-Ft.Worth Area.

After 20+ years working in software technology, Dwayne obtained his real estate license and REALTOR designation. He enjoys working with clients using the latest technology as well as traditional means.

Julieanna Cline is a REALTOR® whose background stems from digital marketing and website design. When deciding to shift gears into Real Estate, she knew her knowledge of problem solving, research, and marketing would help her succeed in the industry. Utilizing her skills to help others achieve their home buying goals is the most rewarding to her.

Julieanna is a big advocate for her community, and has spent a great amount of time assisting the elderly. She has been a resident of this community for 35 years and enjoys hosting guests in her Airbnb! Julieanna has also assisted the community by beginning Nextdoor.com for her neighborhood, and has fostered many animals, (including raccoons!), throughout the years. She is also a long-standing member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, riding motorcycles and traveling.

I am a native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, home of Camp LeJeune, and I am well acquainted with military tradition. I am a graduate of North Carolina State, with a BA degree is in Sociology, and concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening my education, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. I practiced in the legal field for an insurance defense firm for many years, specializing in medical malpractice. I obtained my real estate license in 2005. In 2017, I obtained my Master's Degree in Real Estate with distinction focusing on Residential Sales, Brokerage, and Marketing. Tracie obtained her broker's license in 2007 and opened her own boutique real estate company. I am an active broker helping buyers and sellers with their properties.
