I am a native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, home of Camp LeJeune, and I am well acquainted with military tradition. I am a graduate of North Carolina State, with a BA degree is in Sociology, and concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening my education, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. I practiced in the legal field for an insurance defense firm for many years, specializing in medical malpractice. I obtained my real estate license in 2005. In 2017, I obtained my Master's Degree in Real Estate with distinction focusing on Residential Sales, Brokerage, and Marketing. Tracie obtained her broker's license in 2007 and opened her own boutique real estate company. I am an active broker helping buyers and sellers with their properties. Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In 2017 Grant was selected by NAR as one of their 30 Under 30. The list which is nationally published by REALTOR Magazine recognizes rising stars who are successful in real estate and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers. Becker Properties founder, Philip B.W. Becker, is a highly-motivated entrepreneur with a love for real estate. In 2009, he made his move into real estate with the founding of Becker Properties. Philip quickly became involved with the REALTOR® organization. Philip served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® YPN Advisory Council in 2011 and the TAR Political Affairs Committee in 2012. He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. He was appointed to the Texas CRS Chapter Board of Directors as chair of Public Relations and Co-chair of Chapter with a Heart for 2013. He was named the Texas CRS Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year and was the 2014 Secretary of the Executive Board. He was the peer-to-peer (profiles of people to watch) national featured agent in CRS’s The Residential Specialist Magazine in summer 2014. He was named one of the 30 under 30 from REALTOR® Magazine in 2014. Last, but certainly not least, Philip served on the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Advisory Board for 2013 and 2014, is the 2015 Vice-Chairman of YPN, and has been confirmed as the 2016 National Chair.
