The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a gas stove.
This shows your work area in the kitchen. It's great for paying bills and doing homework. You can see into the living room. The powder bath door is slightly opened in the hallway that leads to the entry.
Here's another view that shows the layout. There's a coat closet shown and the powder bath is opposite. You can also see into the formal dining room.

The utility room has connections for both a gas and electric dryer. The back door is barely shown. It leads to your back gate and a little covered patio area.
The pool is only a few years old and features some very high-end equipment and systems. Right now the heater is not working, so you will want to have that replaced. There was a shortage of equipment after the freeze.
You have lots of grassy space beyond the pool for a play set or for your four-legged family members. The seller replaced the original siding with HardiPlank so it is much more durable and long-lasting.
This great shed was built for extra storage. It sits behind the garage.
Here's an interior view of the shed. You're going to love this bonus storage space.
You can see the side of the garage and the shed across the yard. All the pool furniture will stay. The umbrella needs a new canvas, as do some of the chairs.
There's a large grassy area and the tree in the corner is a blood orange. It bore a lot of tasty fruit before the freeze, so let's hope it bounces back.
