Ray Holtzapple maintains his Professional Engineering license and has earned the Realtor designations as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). He also brings extensive practical experience in lending, home construction and remodeling. International Relocation is a speciality and as a Member of the Employee Relocation Council, he is actively serving corporations in their relocation needs and individuals looking for second home properties in Central American and Mexico. Ray is active in the community as a former member of the Harris County Appraisal District Board of Directors representing the City of Houston.
