Growing up in a motel my parents owned in south Texas, I spent time connecting with the children of the families passing through, offering them comfort during difficult times. I connected well with people and I enjoyed being very creative. I have a passion for painting and studied art for many years in places like Italy and the University of Houston where I obtained a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, and later decided to pursue a career as an art teacher. 2015 marked a pivotal moment in my life. With my children established in school, I recognized that because assisting those facing hurdles in life was something that came very naturally to me, I should double down on it to have a greater impact on my community. So I put the brushes down to start the second chapter of my life and I obtained a real estate license.
