Ashley Willis is a full time REALTOR® with Keller Williams Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Ashley is enthusiastic about helping her clients buy & sell all over Southeast Texas. Ashley has been a REALTOR for over 12 years. In 2019, she founded FRESH, a real estate team specializing in New Home Construction. The FRESH team services clients all across Houston, Beaumont, and the greater Southeast Texas region. From finding a new home or creating a custom build, Ashley offers a unique service to her clients. From her construction knowledge, interior design background and years of real estate negotiations, Ashley is a partner you want on your side when building or purchasing a new home. Ashley has a strong passion for what she does- customer service is always her number one focus, and her goal is to create long-term trusting relationships with each of her clients.

Ashley is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, where she was a licensed REALTOR® from 2007 to 2011. Even though Ashley misses toasted ravioli, the Arch, and Cardinals baseball, she is proud to be a Texan! Ashley, her husband, Jason, and their son, Ethan, have lived in Richmond and now reside in Beaumont. Hey! Want to get to know me better? With a lifelong inclination towards supporting others, I started helping people go through challenges at a young age. Growing up in a motel my parents owned in south Texas, I spent time connecting with the children of the families passing through, offering them comfort during difficult times. I connected well with people and I enjoyed being very creative. I have a passion for painting and studied art for many years in places like Italy and the University of Houston where I obtained a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, and later decided to pursue a career as an art teacher. 2015 marked a pivotal moment in my life. With my children established in school, I recognized that because assisting those facing hurdles in life was something that came very naturally to me, I should double down on it to have a greater impact on my community. So I put the brushes down to start the second chapter of my life and I obtained a real estate license. I dedicated myself to helping people improve their lives by guiding them towards better living opportunities and advising them in situations that allowed them to make informed and smart decisions about real estate. Real estate has given me the opportunity to use my talents instilled in me and has given me the ability to also financially help my clients.
