Words can not really express the value of Paula when it comes to not only selling or buying a home but even general advice regarding markets/etc. Navigating the markets with all of the changes is difficult for even the most experienced financial mind and Paula's attention to details, surgical knowledge of the process and tireless effort is as good as you can find. Also the use of technology to get documents processed quickly and to negotiate back and forth with other realtors was exceptional. Furthermore she always remained objective and non-judgmental as emotions and decisions changed during the process . Finally, Paula has a respected reputation with other realtors which is important when negotiating deals in that other realtors know they are dealing with strong & knowledgeable agent.
