Nicole Christensen started her career in the Houston area real estate industry in 2012. She specializes in residential real estate with a focus on in-depth research, creative professional marketing and strategic negotiations with the goal of obtaining the most advantageous results for her clients.

Prior to going on her own, Nicole was a licensed agent and operations manager for Wendy Cline Properties for several years. Since that time, she has continued her real estate training and now holds designations as a Seller's Representative Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert and a Pricing Strategy Advisor.

Nicole has extensive personal and business experience in Texas probate and estates. She has been the Executrix and Trustee of several estates and trusts. This experience, combined with additional training, has enabled her to expertly navigate contracts, title issues and legal matters for her clients. Her goal is to always keep every real estate transaction as stress free as possible.

For Nicole, the most important part of her role as a real estate agent is to provide excellent customer service through superior communication and by always remembering her fiduciary obligations by putting the needs of her clients first and foremost.

Nicole grew up in Houston, graduating from Westchester High School in Spring Branch ISD and the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Studio Art. She utilizes her fine arts training to achieve superior marketing solutions for her clients. Nicole is an expert at analyzing a property's market potential. She visualizes strategic upgrades, creative staging and merchandizes the property to position it favorably in the eyes of a prospective buyer.

Nicole has been actively involved in swimming her whole life, currently volunteering as an Event Director, USMS South Central Zone Chair and Gulf LMSC Webmaster. Nicole raised four children and still enjoys swimming at Dads Club, the pool she grew up in. Outdoor activities, travel and RV trips are some other activities she enjoys.
