I create 3D virtual tours, host private and [public open house events, and check my reverse prospecting list every day to make sure I contact every single agent who has a client looking for a home like yours. When you receive an offer, I will carefully analyze and break it down for you, and advise you on the best negotiation strategy to help you achieve the best price and terms.
