MaryAnn Marinas was raised in Houston, TX and has lived in many parts of the surrounding Houston area throughout her life. She has traveled to many cities across the country but feels that none compare to what Houston has to offer. She appreciates this great city for its young professionals, growing families, and vibrant retiring population. With the amazing growth and new development in Fort Bend County, she currently focuses on Sugar Land and the surrounding areas.

MaryAnn has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She became a nurse in 2005 and received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012. Although she loves caring for others in the healthcare setting, she also has a passion for real estate. She enjoys helping others find a home to meet their needs and dreams. MaryAnn is enthusiastic about real estate investing as well. She has managed her own personal investments and looks forward to helping others looking to build their own real estate portfolio.
