A longtime Houstonian and Memorial resident, Marsha followed a unique path to residential real estate. Growing up on Miami Beach, she relocated to our magical city as a college graduate. Interning with an architect as a student; starting her professional career as a cost analyst for 16 petrochemical plants in China; introducing Houston's first custom table linen rental company; and founding a boutique commercial real estate brokerage (Rauch King Associates), prepared her to ascend the ranks in corporate America. There she held various sales, business development and strategic relations positions with emerging technology companies in legal publishing and online marketing, email archiving, enterprise social networking and cyber-security. This eclectic experience serves her well when working with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Marsha values her vibrant, interested and interesting family including two precious grand-daughters, three amazing daughters, a terrific son-in-law and a dynamic father.
