Lillie L. Painia, Real Estate Broker/Owner of Tri-R Realty Group. "A real estate professional since 2001." Lillie has a passion for real estate and it is reflected in her warm approach, knowledge, experience, business sense, and style. She also has a keen attention to detail, and outstanding negotiating skills. One of her priorities is getting to know each client personally, to better serve them. Lillie strongly believes that in life, one never stops learning. The real estate industry changes constantly, and she stays aware of those changes both for herself and the clients she represents. In addition to taking regular and mandatory continuous education courses, Lillie has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative's designation (ABR), New Home Construction (NHC) certification, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) certification, HUD Broker certification, and also the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.

When not assisting her real estate clients, Lillie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, listening to music (gospel, jazz, soft rock, rhythm & blues, classical, etc.) or attending music concerts, and drinking red wine. She is a fan of the Houston Texans and of course her home team, the New Orleans Saints.....WHO DAT!!!!
