About Kevin Cooley
I look forward to serving all of my future clients in the Lake Livingston market as I have multiple family and friends that live in the area. Working as an oil and gas landman in the early 2000's prepared me in many ways for real estate. It enabled me to enhance my face to face negotiation skills as well as my social skills needed in various situations similar to most real estate transactions. This allows me to be a very effective negotiator in all situations. I became a Professional realtor in May of 2017 with Century 21 Hardee Team Realty. The training was great and coaches were outstanding. Through my time with them and my next brokerage Hardee - Team Realty I was able to hone my skills as a listing agent to become a better negotiator for my clients. I look forward to bringing all of these assets to Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene along with all of the new technology and training to past and future clients.
