“We recently used Kevan to list our previous home and buy our new home, both of which are located in Cypress. We were referred to him through a friend of ours who had nothing but good things to say because he was able to get her 20k off asking price of her new home. Our initial conversation over the phone with Kevan was pleasant and he came out to see our house the next day to give us suggestions on things to improve, fix, change, and leave alone in order to make our home more marketable. He came back after changes were completed and took pictures of the house, posting it for sale later that night. Our house sold in 2 days. The original contract eventually fell through because the buyer was having problems obtaining funding. We re-listed the house for $5k more and came under contract again within two days. We probably could have and should have asked higher price for the house but we felt rushed to sell since we needed to get under contract with our new home. We built our new home through Long Lake Ltd. who operate under the names "lake ridge" "briarwood" and "ashwood." If you look at the reviews for that company you will see that they are not easy to deal with. The builder made false statements and attempted to raise the price on us several times but everything was able to be worked out in the end. Our sales representative through Long Lake told us that Kevan is one of the most professional agents he has dealt with. Kevan always had a very professional demeanor was very accommodating to our hectic schedule. We have already referred my in-laws to use Kevan to sell their home.”
