People are Kathlyn’s greatest passion. She loves to travel, always eager to learn about other cultures, religions, languages, customs, and cuisine. Her travels have solidified her belief that her hometown Houston is one of the most culturally rich epicenters in all of history.

Kathlyn grew up in the Spring Branch/Memorial Area in Houston and hails from a long line of entrepreneurs who have helped build jobs and investment opportunities for Houstonians for nearly a century. Kathlyn’s areas of expertise lie in the Inner Loop – the “Heart of Houston” – especially the HOUSTON HEIGHTS, her home for the past 5 years, MONTROSE, and THE MUSEUM DISTRICT. Kathlyn also has extensive personal knowledge of established Houston neighborhoods west of the 610 Loop, including: Memorial/Spring Branch, the Galleria area, and Southwest Houston.
