“We highly recommend Karishma Asrani if you need to sell your house. I feel like the #1 thing a great Realtor does is provide an accurate assessment of the home's value. Karishma did an excellent job in this regard. Her analysis was thorough, and took into account the features of our home that were unique. Some staging was included in her fee. It was small (no furniture, but she hung pictures on the wall, and props in kitchen, bath, etc.), but I think it made a big difference. She also advised us on what maintenance to do, and what to leave alone. We also tapped her network for contractors/handymen to get the jobs done quickly. We got an offer at 99.4% of asking price in 4 days, with another in backup in case that one fell through. Due to the weak housing market, we were worried that the appraisal might not meet the contract price. Karishma prepared a very professional document for the appraiser, met him on site during the appraisal, and pointed out unique factors that do not show up in a simple mathematical model that HCAD and most professional appraisers use. During the entire process she was always available and accessible to us, and able to answer all our questions. She does all the work herself and does not delegate tasks to others in her office, which was important to us. I want to work with the agent, not his/her staff. In the past that is where communication lines have broken down with our past agents; but it is not a concern with Karishma. We have bought/sold/leased a lot of homes, and we told her at the closing that this was the best experience we have ever had with our agent. We highly recommend Karishma Asrani.”
